starting hand.
2. K/K - The second best starting hand is a pair of kings, referred to as "cowboys" or "King Kong."
3. Q/Q - A pair of "ladies" is always good to start with.
4. J/J - A pair of jacks, often referred to as "hooks" or "fishhooks" is a very difficult hand to play.

6. 10/10 - Pocket tens is a very good starting hand.
7. A/Q suited - Referred to as "big chick" or "little slick", an ace-queen combination in the same suit.

rates eighth.
